Is it normal for a person who have a left rib cage higher than right that when I try to deep breath it hurts in the left rib cage. I got scoliosis?

Possibly. what you describe can be found in cases of scoliosis. An exam, or even a look in a full length mirror. Can give you some information as to,that. The rib cage attaches to the spine. If the spine is bending , the rib cage will follow. And may appear asymmetrical. One side could be higher. That could cause pain with respiration.
