Feeling tired always. Any advice?

Reasons... There are many reasons why you could feel that way: Lack of sleep, sleep disorders, anemia, thyroid problems, other hormonal problems, diabetes, depression among many others. My advise is too see your doctor for exam and testing as needed.
Exercise. Exercise is the best approach in my experience. If you think you might be depressed or have other symptoms, try make an appointment to see your primary MD.
