I have a small white bump under my tongue and it hurts to move or stretch the tongue out. I'm not super worried but is it something worse than I think?

In brief: White lesions

Sorry, can't possibly diagnose over the computer. All white lesions should be evaluated by your Dentist, especially if lesion has been present longer than 10-14 days.
Great majority are perfectly benign. But very small percentage require additional and immediate treatment. For your own peace of mind, stick your tongue out at your Dentist.

In brief: Bump under tongue

This cannot be diagnosed without a visual exam. Any swelling, sore or lesion in your mouth that does not heal in 7-10 days should be examined by a dentist or an oral surgeon.
