I just had a cbc hemoglobin 10.8, mcv 26, mch76, rdw 15.7.Is this considered mild anemia? Can you have loe cbcs before your period?

This is serious. You may have switched your MCH and your MCV, but any anemia is serious. You deserve to have this worked up. If you're iron-deficient, where's the blood loss coming from? Even if it's very heavy periods and/or ill-advised vegetarianism, you need a proper evaluation. If your iron status is okay, you may have thal minor or something similar, or something different entirely. You deserve an answer.
