I was exposed to someone with Epstein Barr virus, what should I do? I already have post viral syndrome, I can't get real sick again. Please help!

Rest easy. 90+ percent of us have been exposed already to EBV (Epstein Barr Virus) and have immunity to it. Given your age, I don't think you need be concerned. It's highly likely that you encountered this virus in your younger years (think teens) and your immune system dealt with it. I always recommend a good nights sleep, proper nutrition, reducing stress and avoiding environmental poisons (smoke).
Unlikely. It is very likely that you were exposed to EBV as a child and the recent exposure is not your first exposure to this virus. If you have persistent fever with enlarged lymph nodes, see your doctor.
