Preventive Medicine

In brief: Misconception. Bone

marrow makes red blood cells.
Liver does many crucial functions: screens everything coming in from stomach/intestines, makes albumen (keeps plasma within blood stream), both blood clotting & clot destruction proteins, etc. Stomach acid helps ?food poisoning yet reflux damages esophagus. H2-blockers, esp. proton pump inhibitors ? HCl acid secretion. Study & seek assistance worthy your trust.

In brief: Misconception

The acidity of the stomach can cause problems .
There are medicines that can help to cope with that such as Prilosec in this country but I do not know what it is called in Pakistan. If you are eating spicy food as in your diet or alcohol or caffeine this can cause stomach problems. Weight gain is based on calories eaten versus that which is expended .Best suggestion to eat more at each meal .

In brief: See GI doctor

You should follow up with a gastroenterologist for your reflux/acidity.
He/she may order an upper endoscopy to check for a stomach ulcer. You are describing anemia as well. The liver is actually responsible for blood clotting; however, if you are iron deficient, you may need to see a GI doctor to rule out celiac disease, stomach ulcers or colon polyps.
