In brief: Enlarged node

If you are concerned ask your physician about an FNA (fine needle aspirate).
A small needle is used to obtain a small number of cells which can will be examined by a pathologist. Best of luck, speak with your doctor.

In brief: I'm not concerned

Lymph nodes in the neck are worrisome only if they are continually growing, obviously stuck to something, or much harder than other folks'.
The sed rate is basically worthless in this setting; mild elevations don't mean a thing, and it's often done wrong in the lab anyway. Most younger adults have a node like yours. Leave it alone and be thankful for good health.

In brief: R/O LYMPHADENOPATHY

LYMPHADENOPATHY THAT PERSISTS LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS DEMANDS A FULL EVALUATION.
You need an Exam& Labs. CT SCAN OF CHEST ABD & PELVIS. BX OF LYMPH NODE. If the pathology is not diagnostic you need a RADICAL LYMPH DISSECTION TO R/O LYMPHOMA VS METASTATIC PROCESS. SEEK PROMPT SECOND OPINION FROM ENT AND A GENERAL SURGEON.
