Im a healthy 40yr old. 6 weeks ago i've been feeling for a few seconds each day a slight wobble when I stand. 2/10 on the scale.Subtle, any ideas?

if your room spins it is probably vertigo if you lean to one side stroke and middle ear problems are considered See your Doctor for physical exam make sure you are well hydrated try not to sleep flat in bed raising the head the bed may ameliorate your symptom
