In brief: Be strong, KanabarT

Again, please forgive my frankness.
You have written perhaps a dozen times describing a variety of events that are typical of the last stages of metastatic colorectal cancer. There is no predicting the time of death, which may be weeks away, but with rising kidney function tests, thrombocytopenia, and dehydration, perhaps it is time to have a frank talk with the physician about comfort measures.

In brief: High bilirubin..

..in the blood causes jaundice.
.the yellowish discoloration of the skin, mucous membranes and whites of the eyes. Trying to stall the cancer with chemotherapy is one approach; stenting to bypass a blockage is also done, but apparently not in your case. The main symptom of jaundice is itching treated with antihistamines, cholestyramine, anti-depressants, topicals incl steroids. All the best..
