When should I see a dr for neck pain? Taking cipro (ciprofloxacin) bc I had a high wbc last week(dr wasn't sure why). Have a history of pnets and no spleen.

It depends on what the cause of the neck pain is but in general most musculoskeletal neck symptoms will resolve in six weeks and cervical spine films are rarely indicated inside of that time frame.
Wouldn't hurt to see someone and follow up with a physical therapist.
