Bilirubin is increasing alot. Metastic liver cancer. Other liver function tests appear normal. What is going on? No bile duct blockage. Is liver failing?

See prior answer. The small mets are not permitting the smaller bile ducts to drain. This will progress as the tumor mets enlarge.
Blockage. Blockage at multiple small bile duct levels by cancer can cause bilirubin to go up. Could be liver failing if you had cirrhosis/ or other liver conditions before.
