In brief: Anti-fungal creams
Ringworm is not caused by a worm but is caused by a fungal infection.
Anti-fungal creams, such as Lamisil (terbinafine) at, are very effective against the fungus that causes ringworm.

As a non toxic home remedy also may try soaking the foot in apple cider vinegar (50% diluted in water) twice daily for 2 weeks. This has been very effective in my patients.

Agree, also using sunlight and air as well as washing footwear or clothing in color safe bleach will help.
