In brief: No. Different tests.

The urine or blood test for pregnancy is different than the thyroid tests.
If worried about pregnancy, one can ask her doctor whether or not this is the right time to do a pregnancy test. Testing too soon won't give a reliable result.

In brief: Blood work

You will need serum HCG to determine if you are pregnant.
The TSH for thyroid will not tell you if you are pregnant. It will only tell you about how the thyroid is functioning.
