In brief: No fool chest pain

on the surface this appears not to be life threatening.
All things equal, likely is esophageal reflux, heartburn, muscular, costochondritis, chest wall pain, perhaps an ulcer or anxiety. However, initially chest pain lasting more than 1-2 seconds always requires being seen by a doctor until it is determined not a serious, albeit bothersome, problem. This practice saves lives.
