Fatigue can be caused by many reasons, most common one being Anemia.
If your Hemoglobin(Hb) level is above 10 Grams, you do not have anemia as the cause. Hb higher than this level is asymptomatic regardless of your iron level, which can also be altered by many other medical conditions besides Iron deficiency. You need to see an internist to investigate the cause of your symptoms and low iron level
