The only vitamins that can be toxic are Vitamins A, D, E and B6.
One has to take massive doses of A, D & E to become toxic. One should avoid more than 250 mg a day of B6 but the combined amount in your vits is likely well below that. I advise those with irregular heartbeats to take at 250-400 mg/day of Magnesium Taurate; your vits probably have little magnesium. Hawthorne extract may also help.
