In brief: Will not help hair

grow or stop alopecia.
Studies show that green tea can have antioxidant & anti-carcinogenic effects as well as V’ing risk for heart disease . It can be used as a plant based alternative for glycemic control.

In brief: Worthless

Green tea, like apple cider vinegar, is promoted as "good for everything" without any real studies, which should tell you something.
People make this stuff up as entertainment / pranks. Almost everything you read online about "DHT and male pattern baldness" is misleading. If you've got hair loss you want managed, ask your physician about medical / surgical options. Choose based on facts.

Basically, this is true. Especially for specific goals like hair. But some 'remedies' are a bit better than worthless. Having a black/white view is not necessary and adds stress. Safe, inexpensive ideas that have a good Hx and make some sense to a culture can be beneficial - no miracles, just good.
