By and large, phantom smells are not a frequent sign or diagnostic featue for an anxiety disorder.
One would need to have a better history and tohrough diagnostic intervie to assess this symptom. On the other hand, whle ringing in the ears belongs to what we call tinnitus, which can also be linked to harmless, albeit bothersome occurence but could also be linked to anxiety.
