My doctor will eventually put me in the hospital for constant dysphagia and malnourished. How will I be fed and how long will I be in the hospital?

Assisted feeding. Definitive treatment will depend on the cause of the esophageal dysmotility and whether it extends to gastric dysmotility as well. Nutritional status may be returned to normal if necessary by nasogastric or nasal-jejunal tube feeding, If necessary, people may get complete nutrition by an intravenous line, called TPN, total parenteral nutrition.
Unknown. Unfortunately, no one can predict what will happen. A lot will depend on the cause of your dysphagia. I know it is a royal pain--I've had it. Good luck.
