There are no pills, hormones, or supplements that can increase your metabolism, unless you have a medical problem (such as hypothyroidism).
The only real way to increase your metabolism is by doing regular aerobic exercise. I recommend walking the equivalent of 15 miles weekly or bicycling 45 miles weekly (the speed doesn't matter)
