Best to go to a TB clinic for consultation but if PPD is positive and cxray and exam normal, then needs 6-9 months of INH.
I think what you are asking with someone from abroad, if they had BCG then they may have a false positive mantoux. However we do not vaccinate someone with BCG when they have a positive mantoux as treatment
