I've had iron deficiency anemia for almost a year. I take ferrous sulfate everyday. Can.getting blood drawn every 2 weeks cause iron deficiency anemia?

In brief: Yes, but depends

It takes a few months to recover the loss of blood from a blood draw.
If you get frequent blood draws of sufficient volume, you could get anemic. Most of the time the amount of blood taken for routine blood tests is small enough that anemia is unlikely.

I have seen many with large hiatal hernias (paraesophageal) as cause of anemia. Ask if this could be you.
