In brief: Constipation

You should discuss this with your OB.
If the blood is just on the stool itself and you had pain with going to the bathroom it is likely from a small tear or a hemorrhoid. In any case increasing your fluids and fiber in your diet will help. And you must discuss it with your doctor.

In brief: Constipated-pregnant

You should consult your doctor about the constipation.
Be sure the blood is in the stool and not coming from vagina. Either way you should discuss this with your doctor to stay safe. Meanwhile be sure you are eating raw vegetables e.g. carrots, and fruits daily, and drink enough water e.g. 8 glasses of wate per day (small amounts frequently) of pure water. Drink prune juice or eat stewed prunes

In brief: Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids during pregnancy are quite common causing bright red blood to present at each constipated bowel movement.
Consider adding more water and fiber to your diet. Call your OB MD and get examined to confirm the hemorrhoids so that you can get some medication so that you "won't need a union card in the bricklayers association.".
