Long story short, my brothers cat attacked me and I have more than a few scratches on my lower arm. Do I need to see a doctor for a tetanus shot?

In brief: No; however...

The tetanus spores are surprisingly common in our environment but tetanus is rare; tetanus can not grow in an environment with oxygen so the only wounds that have a risk of tetanus are deep puncture wounds.
Scratches will never cause tetanus, But you might get other bacterial infections like Cat Scratch Fever (Bartonella). Clean the wound well & watch for infection.See https://tinyurl.com/khla9r6

It certainly wouldn't hurt to be up to date on your tetnus vaccination anyways.
