In brief: Female orgasm

Uf you are referring to your wife's or partners lack of orgasmic response this requires a knowledge of the female anatomy as well as adequate foreplay.
This can be a very complicated subject and requires face to face consultation with a healthcare professional.

There are excellent self help books and videos out there that might help. Try "Because It Feels Good" by Debby Herbenick, Ph.D. She has a lot of recommendations in the back of the book as well.

In brief: Ask

Being sensitive to her responses to your different touches is the starting point.
If she gives no clue, you can ask what feels good. If still no response then likely she is not very comfortable in the relationship or with some aspect of being sexually active. The latter could be to some form of abuse in her past.

In brief: Communicate

Actually, the relationship itself is usually the greatest source of gratification.
I'm sure you've heard this before but the mind is the most important sexual organ.
