In brief: ?? Polyps/Fibroids

If you had previously had monthy periods, you could now have polyps, fibroids, infection, pcos or anovulatory bleeding.
If you are postmenopausal, you could most of the same - but could also have an endometrial cancer. Either way you should see our gynecologist for evaluation and management, sooner rather than later as you are likely to become very anemic bleeding constantly.

In brief: Bleeding

I would recommend seeing a gynecologist immediately as your condition could lead to severe anemia.
Your bleeding may be caused by conditions arising from a hormonal imbalance, a benign tumor like a fibroid, or it could even me a malignant one. Make sure you get a pregnancy test done if you are in the reproductive age group.
