In brief: Dermatitis

Perianal dermatitis can be caused by moisture and/or friction.
Try avoiding very tight clothing, keep the area clean and dry and apply a cortisone type ointment. Also avoid over exuberant wiping after a bowel movement and finish cleansing with warm water applications and then pat the area dry. If no improvement consult a proctologist or dermatologist.
