Hi, My 17mo girl had 5 black poos in a row (normal now). Along w red eczema on cheek and runny nose when eating dairy. Is it related? Why black poo?

In brief: Black stools

This could be milk protein allergy leading to skin, nasal allergy symptoms & microscopic gastrointestinal bleeding, the blood gets broken down & shows in the stool as melena ( black stools), eliminating dairy products from her diet & using soy milk might help alleviate her symptoms, she needs work up for food allergies, CBC to see if she is anemic, so see her Dr or allergist.
Good luck.
