Good morning doc. I would like to know if I stop taking my oral contraceptives for 7 days in a row would I ovulate n av a chance to get preggo?

Maybe not immediately, as in the next day, but if you miss your pill, then chances for unexpected pregnancy increase.

Of course, if you skip the last 7 inactive/sugar pills, that won't change your fertility risk.
