Is it possible to outgrow the excercise induced histamine release I get when walking and running? Am I more prone to allergies because of this?

In brief: Not likely soon

This is not something that is outgrown, but could lessen over years.
You may not necessarily be prone to allergies, but certainly to asthma and maybe even exercise induced anaphylaxis. Best to continue to follow with an Allergist for optimized control regimen. Allergies can be evaluated separately and treated accordingly as well.
