Get 2 a reputable health club, hook up with an AT-C & get an exercise program that fits Ur needs & abilities. Most have weight loss programs U can sign up 4. Aiming @ 5-6 pounds in a month or 6 weeks is more attainable. Proper diet, adequate protein is important as is dedication & persistence. Join private group sessions is+++
