In brief: Pleuritic pain

Could be constochondritis a viral inflammation of the rib joints,muscle insertions that move with breathing .
palpation your chest does it hurt when you press? Then likely costochondritis. treat with NSAIDS(motrin) if not allergic ,sometimes I find Zithromax helps. Could also be GERD or rarely a clot ( if on BCP/smoke). Due to concern for clot-check d-dimer f/u today w/ doc/ urgent care
