Ovarian cyst of 6cm in both the ovaries. What do u suggest?

Watch it. if there is no pain watch. if there is pain only have the side that is painful removed, only the cyst not the whole ovary. . be aware of any surgery that might end up with the removal of both ovaries, and leaving you sterile, unless there is a fear of cancer, which rare in cyst. follow and monitor the size of the cysts with frequent ultrasound. good luck.
See doctor. Workup and close observation is indicated. Surgery may become necessary.

Doctor found 2 ovarian cysts. One on each ovary. Suggested a gynecologist. Will I need surgery and is this normal? I know cysts are normal but 2??

Can happen. Depends. Finding 2 cysts is more unusual than finding one, but given your age (22 yrs), it is not unusual. Also, cyst can form at a certain point in your menstrual cycle - the cyst houses the egg (in your case, potential twins - 2 eggs - if you become pregnant). In any case, usually a repeat ultrasound (at a later point in the cycle or another cycle) to see if it changes. Don't worry, but seeing a Gyne OK. Read more...

Is a 6cm by 7cm ovarian cyst big? Can it cause pain? I also have a 3cm by 4cm cyst on the same ovary.

Risk of torsion. Cysts and ovaries > 5 cm are at risk of twisting on their own stalk, resulting in a state called ovarian torstion. This can cause significant pain and result in loss of your ovary if not resolved in a timely manner. While your doctor is still just observing the cyst, you should consider decreasing any high impact or jumping activities. . Read more...

I have an enlarged ovary and ovarian cysts, do you recommend me storing my eggs?

Probably not. All women of reproductive age typically develop 3-5 small cysts on each over every month. One usually becomes a dominant cyst (egg or follicle) from which ovulation occurs.
