I am having bad pain in the lower back left side of my scalp. It is where I normally pull my hair out, I was diagnosed with trichotillomania. lot pain?

Do you know why you pull your hair? Sometimes there is a delusional component or perhaps it is a nervous habit like nail biting. If not already you need behavioral behavior and possibly medication. If no bleeding or open sores you could try any topical pain cream, patch, etc but most important you need to stop hair pulling
