In brief: Acne treatments
Stop nuts and peanut butter.
Stop chocolate; cut down on dairy products. Wash with neutrogena acne wash and apply a bpo (benzoyl peroxide) cream or lotion -- something like clearasil -- on the affected areas at night. If it persists, see a dermatologist who may prescribe an oral antibiotic for you.

In brief: Acne
Don't wash your face with body soap.
Also don't use alcohol or comedogenic products on your face. Try to find an acne wash system like neutrogena, pangea organics, or something with benzoyl peroxide. Following low sodium diet might help too, since acne-causing bacteria like salt. You can try to prevent spreading bacteria onto your face by not touching your face, washing your phone, etc.

In brief: Acne diet
Diets for acne are a wasted effort.
Acne is genetic & hormonal. Otc benzoyl peroxide & salicylic acid will help mild acne. Proactiv is an expensive form of benzoyl peroxide. There are a variety of very effective prescriptions. Therapy must be used according to the specifics of each individual. Acne is not your fault. It is not diet or nerves or dirt
