I had vestibular neuritis six months ago, and now I developed some neuropathy on the trigeminal nerve, could there be a relation?

In brief: It is possible

it is possible that they are related.
The vestibular and the trigeminal nerves are both cranial nerves and it is certainly possible that whatever is causing the problem with one of them could also be affecting the other. The good news is that if your neurologist can find a treatment for one it should help the other condition. I hope you are symptoms free soon
