Pain in small spot bottom of foot, toward heel- in morning and walking. Feels like it's pulling from heel up back of my leg too. Plantar fasciitis?

In brief: Probably

Plantar fasciitis is typically in the bottom of the heel.
Worse in morning and after rest. It can hurt up the leg too from walking differently to compensate. Try ice, Achilles stretches, NSAIDs, orthotics, good shoes. Avoid barefoot and flat shoes without support. See you local podiatrist. It could be this problem or something else. They can help you get better.
