Abnormal pap smear 2 yrs ago and since then I haven't seen a doc, I lost my medicare and haven't seen a doctor since could this be terminal unattended?

Not usually. Abnormal pap smears are common, but does not mean they should not be repeated. Even with no insurance look for charity systems in your state and get one yearly. The grade of dysplasia and how abnormal makes a difference and doctor will treat the cervix to get rid of the high grade dysplasia as these can be a risk for turning into cervical cancer. So you can't just forget about it.
See below. Agree with Dr. D. If you do not have insurance you may contact the planned parenthood clinic in your town.
Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
