Abnormal pap smear 2 yrs ago and since then I haven't seen a doc, I lost my medicare and haven't seen a doctor since could this be terminal unattended?

Even with no insurance look for charity systems in your state and get one yearly. The grade of dysplasia and how abnormal makes a difference and doctor will treat the cervix to get rid of the high grade dysplasia as these can be a risk for turning into cervical cancer. So you can't just forget about it.
