Focalin is dexmethylphenidate, the isomer of methylphenidate, it is supposed to decrease the side effects.
Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is amphetamine, a different stimulant than methylphenidate. Taking it on weekdays is a good idea.
