I've been having chest, upper back, and throat pain. On occasions I've coughed up green mucus with blood as well as when I blow my nose.?

See your doctor. You may well have a serious lung infection especially coughing up blood. The green mucous is concerning for some type of serious infection. See your doc and if you smoke try to stop.
