They include: •alfuzosin (uroxatral) •doxazosin (cardura) •silodosin (rapaflo) •tamsulosin (flomax) •terazosin (hytrin) it usually takes about 6 weeks before these medicines start working. Many people do not get relief from these medicines. Aspirin, ibuprofen, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
