Today I've had allergy symptoms (itchy throat, sneezing, stuffed nose). I took allergy medicine and now my nose is running while stuffed. What do I do?

Lots of Options. OTC non-sedating antihistamines like Allegra, Claritin, or Zyrtec are helpful, however the gold-standard treatment are daily intranasal steroid sprays. Avoidance of triggers is important as well and allergy shots are also an option. Ipratroprium bromide sprays can be helpful for running, can add OTC Afrin (oxymetazoline) to regimen for a few days if severe. See Allergist for further workup and evaluation.
Nasal steroid. Try nasal steroid. It may take a few days to get optimal benefits. If problem continues , see doctor or allergist.
