It might be migraine. Brain tumors are uncommon, so you should not think about that possibility at present. Half sided headache are commonly due to migraine, which requires a special medication. Headache. prompting a work up with CT scan 2 years ago that has returned again after a period of time is not likely due to a brain tumor in anyone yet alone a 25 year old. I would however do a scan if you were planning to have a spinal tap done to check for raised intracranial pressure due to pseudotumor cerebri.
