The symptoms can include: shortness of breath, chest pain/tightness, rapid heart rate, palpitations (bounding heart), lightheadedness, trouble swallowing, butterfiles in stomach, diarrhea, tingling of the arms, legs, or face, internal shakiness, tremors.
Depersonalization - feeling of standing outside yourself, and derealization seeing world as if through a fog. Cresendo onset, and impending doom.

If it's a panic attack, plain fear or more seriously if one is having an acute asthma episode or a heart attack.
Is there a strong family history of anxiety problems? It may be just that. It pays to rule out the dangerous ones first before calling it anxiety. Make sure to get to your doctor & get an opinion about it. Educate yourself about the possibilities and their differences. Be safe not sorry.
