In brief: Vomiting

After vomiting it is best to allow your stomach to rest.
Dont eat or drink anything for at least an hour and more if possible. Then just take small sips of fluid first to see if it is staying down. Slowly advance the fluid quantity before moving onto solid food. Usually after vomiting you are not hungry and there is no urgency in eating food right away.
