My 7 month old has a yellowish/green discharge coming from the corners of her eyes. The whites of the eyes are not red, and she is happy. What to do?

In brief: Warm compresses

I would just wipe away the drainage from the corners of her eyes with a clean warm damp washcloth.
If it persists past 10 days or if it gets worse then take her in to see the pediatrician.
