Which sport should I play if I have heart problem?

Sport and the heart. Sports are great for keeping the heart healthy, providing you don’t already have some sort of heart disease. If you do have heart disease, or symptoms of such, or if you’re just not sure and want to be safe, it would be best to have a Cardiologist clear you for a given sport or level of physical activity.
Exercise. The sport your doctor believes is ok for you, might not be one but check with the doc who knows you.
