In brief: Can't tell, but...

A starting point is 130 lbs.
A lot depends on a person's body build. Some are naturally very thin, others thick or big-boned, but most people are somewhere in between. "Australian" is a location, so that doesn't help either, as many different types of bodies are in Australia. BMI is helpful if a person is of average musculature. If very muscular, a perfectly fine person will have a high BMI.

A foot is 12 inches. 1 inch is 2.54 cm. 5'5 is 165 cm wich is 1.65 m. A pound is 454 g. BMI is weight in kg divided by height in meter square. A BMI of 22 (19 - 25) would translate into 60 kg.
