I failed my 1 hr GTT for Gestational Diabetes - score 152. Now I have my 2 hr test next week. Any special diet I should follow to pass this one? Tips?

In brief: Paleo diet/low carb

Stop high carb foods (grains, lentils, potatoes based items).
Also avoid milk protein since it causes insulin resistance. Low carb foods: eggs, fish, meats, vegetables, avocados, some saturated fat (butter, coconut oil), olive oil are very effective.
