In brief: See below

Fatigue is more often caused by psychological and social issues than by physical problems.
Most physical problems will have other symptoms than just fatigue. Exceptions would be anemia, hypothyroidism, and sleep apnea which might cause only fatigue SEE:.fatigue>..http://bit.ly/1FYjQAb..chronic fatigue syndrome>..http:///bit.ly/1E6CrfM ..depression>..http://bit.ly/1xUALOL

In brief: Further evaluation.

If your glands swell up frequently and you develop cold sores and fatigued, these are the signs that your immune system is under stress or is busy fighting with offending agents.
You need to improve your diet, add vitamins and get a basic blood work including viral titers. Vitamins boost your immune system and may take care of this issue for you. Good luck..
